KAM, key account manager

We assign to every client a dedicated key account manager who is responsible for ALL aspects of the client’s cooperation with Aeros. A client can always address and count on a single person regardless what an issue is. Key account manager is knowledgeable on all the specifics of the client’s business and is appointed and authorized by Aeros to settle any issue arising.
