Data protection

Management of clients’ personal data is performed by “Aeros Travel” in the form of receiving, filing, accumulating, storing, updating, applying, sharing, depersonalizing, blocking, destroying, and protecting from the unauthorized access of all the information received from a client.

«Clients’ personal data» refers to the information that “Aeros Travel” needs in connection with the performance of its contractual obligations.

«Clients (subjects of personal data)» refers to the persons who book services with “Aeros Travel” and provide their personal data.

The processing of the client’s personal data is performed by “Aeros Travel” solely for the purposes stipulated in the written contract between a client and Aeros, in particular, for providing assistance in selecting and booking travel services, as well as rendering other services stipulated in the contract.

Transfer of the client’s personal data to third parties (airlines, hotels, transport companies, consulates, visa centres) is only carried out by «Aeros Travel» on the basis of an appropriate agreement with such third party, an essential condition of which is the obligation of a third party to ensure confidentiality of the client’s personal data and the security of processing such personal data.

In its contract with the client, “Aeros Travel” provides for the right of third parties to whom “Aeros Travel” transfers the client’s personal data, to perform crossborder transfer of the client’s personal data to the territories of foreign countries that the client is planning to visit, including the territories of states that cannot ensure an adequate protection of personal data.

Processing of the client’s personal data is limited to achieving legitimate and specific goals, stipulated in advance in the contract. Aeros processes only those personal data and only in that respect that is in line with the purpose of such processing stipulated in the contract with the client, and conform to the legislation of the Russian Federation.

The client’s personal data that have been processed is subject to destruction or depersonalization once the purpose of their processing has been achieved, or in case this purpose being no longer necessary to achieve, unless otherwise provided by the legislation of the Russian Federation.

Personal data of the clients of “Aeros Travel” shall not be used for purposes of causing property or moral damage, and/or creating obstacles to the realization of rights and freedoms of the citizens of the Russian Federation.
